The Senior Salesforce Administrator is responsible for leading the administration, configuration, and ongoing development of our Salesforce platform. This role requires deep technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage complex projects and initiatives. The Senior Salesforce Administrator will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the Salesforce platform supports business objectives, improves efficiency, and enhances the user experience.


Responsibilities:
  • Salesforce Administration:
    • Perform daily administration, user setup, and maintenance of the Salesforce platform, including managing user accounts, profiles, roles, permissions, and licenses.
    • Conduct regular system audits, prepare for upgrades, and ensure data security and integrity.
  • Integration and Development:
    • Lead the integration of Salesforce with other business systems and applications.
    • Work to design, test, and deploy custom solutions using Mulesoft, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
  • Customization and Configuration:
    • Customize Salesforce fields, page layouts, record types, workflows, and approval processes to meet business requirements. 
    • Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, and custom workflows.
  • Reporting and Dashboards:
    • Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
  • User Support and Training:
    • Provide expert-level support to Salesforce users, troubleshooting issues and answering questions in a timely manner.
    • Develop and deliver training programs and materials to enhance user adoption and proficiency.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within Salesforce.
    • Collaborate with business units to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (Advanced Administrator, App Builder, or other relevant certifications preferred).
  • Extensive experience in Salesforce administration, including advanced configuration and customization.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce integrations, APIs, and data management tools (Experience with Mulesoft preferred).
  • Proficiency in SQL, JSON, Apex, and other programming languages and technologies related to Salesforce.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service and support.
