Position Overview:

The Project Coordinator is responsible for successfully delivering projects to the client: on time, with quality, and within budget. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects and/or accounts as assigned
  • Ensure on time delivery and quality of work 
  • Responsive and professional treatment of both external and internal clients
  • Meet established KPIs – both personal and team goals
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of professional experience required; translation and localization industry experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in translation or linguistics preferred
  • Fluent in English and one additional language preferred
Skills
  • Experience with managing multiple priorities, distributed resources, and meeting hard deadlines across time zones
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work inclusively as part of a virtual diverse global team
  • Computer literate and experienced with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe PDF
  • Experience with commonly used localization tools, such as XTM, Plunet, MemoQ, or other translation management systems, XML editors, and others is preferred
  • High degree of trust and ability to maintain confidentiality
